I’m completely new to forging and blacksmithing 
I wanted to ask you that, let’s say I try to make a simple Viking axe, where should I start? It doesn’t have to be a complete guide, but the starting stuff like the forge and materials.

Well first things first, welcome to the wonderful world of blacksmithing! Have you made any progress in getting any tools or anything so far?
An axe like you posted is definitely doable, but you’ll want to approach it differently depending on what you have available.
