Hi everyone. I’m new to the forum and to knife making. I just heat treated my first blade and there are circles on it. Is it cosmetic or is the blade compromised. I heat treated it twice. The first time I didn’t think it was hot enough before I quenched it so I did it a second time a week later. It’s 1084 steel. I appreciate any help.
