Ok so I’m wondering what metal has the most give. What can take the most damaged unhardened. I was wondering because I wanted to try making my own plate for body armor. I want to put the hard metal up front the soft in the back. I was just starting out with forging and metal work. So if u can give some advice with working with these metals would be appreciated.
