Hello, I’ll try to cut to the chase, I’m 15 and I’d love to start this amazing craft, I’ve done lots of research, and looking at different techniques. My only problem is that I live in a suburban neighborhood, and I have no space to have the smallest of workshops, not to mention the sound ordinance. Does anyone have any ideas that can help me out?
