Hi everyone!
I recently started watching “Forged in Fire” on history channel. I think its great that blacksmithing is getting some publicity in an age where people sometimes look at you funny when you mention blacksmithing. I just wanted to know what opinions people have on the show. Being brand new to the craft I of course cant speak for the accuracy or quality of products!

Honestly, I haven’t seen an episode yet. Although people do seem to recommend it to me just cause I practice the craft…
Great show, it’s the reason I joined up here just now, always thought it was way too difficult to smith but after seeing some of those dudes turn out some really neat stuff, it looks like something I’d like to try.
You can never have too many hobbies 
I have been Blacksmithing for 5-6 years now, and I like the show! They make some great quality weapons… Though I couldn’t make a knife, start to finish in 6 hours… I commend those that can…
